Hydration

Your body is over 70% water and it is eliminated through urination and sweating. This elimination is necessary to remove unneeded and toxic chemicals from your body in order to maintain the function of your body’s cells and your health. The lost water needs to be replaced in the amount of about ½ ounce per pound of body weight. Fresh fruits and vegetables, soups, herbal teas are also good sources of water. These will decrease the amount of water you need to drink. Tap water is a poor source due to the possibility of toxic chemicals and chlorine. Distilled and reverse osmosis water is my recommendation, although you need to replace helpful minerals with a pinch of Celtic sea salt or a tsp of lemon juice per cup..
